Hubba Hubba
and his trained penguin (Jack Giesecke)
1953 County Fair Catalogue page 151.

Lola Kay Hood, who taught second grade, wrote the “Hubba-Hubba” song. It was written for the children to sing around the start of the Fair. The song was a very simple one since it was for 2nd graders:

“Hubba-Hubba, Hubba-Hubba
Tells us "please come to the fair.
Bring your father, Bring your mother,
Bring your sister, to the fair."

(additional family members like grandma, grandpa, brother, cousin, etc. could be added in for other verses.)
