after Battle of San Jacinto.

Public Service: Pursued Tonewa Indians on Brazos River in 1823 & in
Aug. 1829 joined his father and brother William in expedition against
Indians in the Son Saba area. Accompanied his father to Tenoxtitlan
to confer with Mexican authorities about colonial relations with the
Waco & Tonkawa Indians.
