Occupation: Blacksmith and mechanic; In 1833-34, had a business at
San
Felipe.
Military Service: In Oct. 1835-he was in charge of provisions, arms
and
ammunition sent to headquarters of the volunteer army at Gonzales and
asked Austin for an escort of artillery. In 1830, was appointed
commissioner
to report on the best road to Marion.
1826 Census: Blacksmith & mechanic; 40-50; wife, 3 sons, 2 daughters,
4 servants.
