1830 - operated ferry across Buffalo Bayou opposite Harrisburg, 5th
regidor

1832 - member of ayuntmiento of San Felipe, signed call for
Convention of 1832

1837 - associate land commissioner for Austin County

Occupation: Farmer, cattleman, tanner, operated ferrys, operated
Public House (first motel in Texas?) frequented by W. B. Travis.

Route to Texas: From Natchitoches, LA. to Wharton Co., Tx.

Home State in Texas: Kentucky (Later Louisiana, Arkansas territory,
and LA. again.
